REFUND POLICY

According to the guidelines of DIMAR COLOMBIA, the return of boats from the Rosario Islands must be by 4pm (https://www.dimar.mil.co/taxonomy/term/81).

ADDITIONAL RULES

•⁠  ⁠The inclusion of DJs, sound amplification, or generators on the boat is not permitted within the negotiation. If you plan to bring any, please inform us in advance to coordinate this service.

PAYMENT METHOD
50% at the time of booking and 50% on the day of departure (before setting sail).

CANCELLATION POLICIES
No refunds will be made within 7 days prior to the service.

EXCEPTIONS FOR A FULL REFUND:

•⁠  ⁠Technical damage that prevents the use of the boat.
•⁠  ⁠Red flag imposition by DIMAR COLOMBIA.
